The $99 is a minimum fee for patients paying without insurance. It covers a limited, problem-focused emergency exam (ADA code D0140) and the X-ray needed to diagnose the tooth. Treatment is priced separately and quoted to you in writing before any work starts.

What we do
We focus on dental emergencies. That means toothaches, swelling and abscesses, broken and knocked-out teeth, lost fillings and crowns, wisdom tooth problems, root canals and extractions. Every one of those is done here, in our own office, by our dentists, who are licensed in Florida.
We keep the process simple. You call. We give you a time today. A dentist examines the tooth, takes the X-ray needed to diagnose it and explains what's wrong. You get a written price before anything starts, and you decide.
How we talk about treatment
You'll hear the plain version. The dentist tells you what the X-ray shows, what could happen if the tooth is left alone and what each option involves. If saving the tooth is realistic, we'll say so. If it isn't, we'll say that too. Questions are welcome at every step, and nothing is added to your treatment without your written approval.
Why our hours look the way they do
Dental problems rarely line up with a typical office schedule. So ours stretches:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Outside those hours, a person answers the phone 24/7 and holds you the first opening. We don't take walk-ins. Calling first means a dentist and a room are ready when you get here.

Our office staff speak English and Spanish. Our team also speaks Arabic and Haitian Creole. Tell us your preferred language when you call.
Insurance and payment
We accept most PPO and HMO dental plans and Medicare Advantage dental plans. If you're paying on your own, the emergency visit starts at $99 for the exam and X-ray, and any work after that gets a written quote first.
