From Avenir, our Westlake office is a 20 to 25 minute drive: west on Northlake Blvd, then south on Seminole Pratt Whitney Rd. Call (561) 372-2189 for a same-day emergency appointment. We see patients Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The $99 is a minimum fee for patients paying without insurance. It covers a limited, problem-focused emergency exam (ADA code D0140) and the X-ray needed to diagnose the tooth. Treatment is priced separately and quoted to you in writing before any work starts.

How far is our office from Avenir?
About nine road miles from Avenir Town Center to our office at 16841 Persimmon Blvd W Suite 1200, Westlake, FL 33470. That usually means 20 to 25 minutes. Homes on the western side of Avenir, closer to Seminole Pratt Whitney Rd, will have the shorter trip.

Avenir is the newest stretch of Palm Beach Gardens, far west of the city's older neighborhoods, wrapped in conservation land along Northlake Blvd. Our office sits west and south of you, in Westlake, so the trip heads away from the coast and follows two main roads the whole way: Northlake Blvd and Seminole Pratt Whitney Rd. There are no confusing turns, which helps when you're driving with a sore tooth.
Same-day emergency dental care for Avenir patients
Start with a call to (561) 372-2189. We don't accept walk-ins, and a call lets us have a dentist and a room ready for you. It also lets us tell you if your symptoms mean you should head to an ER first.
When you arrive, a dentist examines the tooth and takes the X-ray needed to diagnose it. You'll get a plain explanation of what's going on, the options for fixing it and a written price for each. Treatment begins only after you agree, and it can often start in the same visit.
Common reasons to call: a toothache that won't ease, swelling in the gum or face, a cracked or broken tooth, a lost crown or filling, a wisdom tooth flaring up or a tooth knocked out playing sports. Our dentists perform extractions and root canals in our own office.
An ER should come first when puffiness is climbing toward an eye or sliding down into the neck, when breathing or swallowing gets hard, when a fever rides along with a swollen face, or after a serious injury. ER at Westlake is near our office, and it's on your way.
